McKinney Sprint managed to survive the nasty storms. Apart from some changes made to the bike and run course because of flooding the race turned out very well, the weather was just about perfect. I was disappointed in my run time which had felt faster than it turned out to be however my swim and transitions went well which helped. There was a good turn out for this race, a lot of fast people..........there was only one guy under 35 in the top ten. I managed a 15th overall and 3rd age group.
Congrats to Dian on her 7th overall and 2nd place age group finish.
